Ottanta - LaSemo



Ottanta is a traditional Italian cheesemaking workshop making mozzarella, burrata, etc  from organic and local milk produced and processed on site at the Bergerie Nationale de Rambouillet.  Ottanta also means an urban cheese dairy, educational workshops, and an offer of street-food and entertainment designed around our products and excellent Puglia, Italy products as well as Slow Food products.  At Brussels Champêtre, we'll impress you with live mozzarella making sessions, and we'll treat you to pizza fritta made with part whole flours, topped with burrata, slow food charcuterie and seasonal vegetables.
